Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Policy for Bergman Triathlon Merchandise in India:

  1. Order Processing Time: All orders for Bergman Triathlon merchandise will be processed within 4-5 business days after the payment is successfully received.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping services for all orders within India.
  3. Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-10 business days from the date of order processing. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Shipping Fees: A shipping fee of 150 will be applicable for orders below 1999.00. Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders totaling 1999.00 and above.
  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.
  6. Shipping Restrictions: Bergman Triathlon merchandise is currently only available for shipping within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  7. Incomplete or Incorrect Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Bergman Triathlon is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to such errors will be the customer’s responsibility.
